MOBILE LEGENDS PATCH NOTES 1.8.20

01. HERO ADJUSTMENT

The following uses (↑), (↓), (~) to indicate Buff, Nerf, and Adjustment.

S1, S2, and U are Skill 1, Skill 2, and Ultimate.

Hero: Nolan for build
Nolan (New Hero)

Passive – Dimensional Rift

– Nolan’s skills cut through space, leaving a Rift on the ground. When Rifts come into contact with one another, they will explode after a short delay, dealing damage and pulling enemies in.

– If Nolan does not deal or take damage for a while, he enhances his next Basic Attack to dash to the target, dealing damage and leaving a rift. 

S1 – Expansion

Nolan cuts a rectangular area in front of him, dealing Physical Damage and leaving a Rift.

S2 – Gauge

Nolan charges in the target direction, dealing Physical Damage to enemies in his path and leaving a Rift.

U – Fracture

Nolan deals Physical Damage to enemies in the target area 3 times and leaves 3 Rifts. Meanwhile, he removes all debuffs on him and dashes backward, detonating the Rifts.

Lolita (Revamped Hero)

Attributes (↓)

Base HP: 2575 >> 2451

HP Growth: 190 >> 168

Base Physical Defense: 27 >> 20

Passive – Noumenon Energy Core (↑)

Lolita and nearby allied units gain a shield every once in a while. They can now gain a shield while in combat. 

S1 – Power Charge (↓)

– Lolita can now adjust position using skill 1 while skill 2 is active.

Base Damage: 200-475 >> 300-550 (Doubled against Minions)

– Removed the part of damage determined by the target’s Max HP.

Stun Duration: 0.8s >> 0.5s

S2 – Guardian’s Reflection (↑)​

Lolita’s shield not only blocks but also reflects all incoming ranged Basic Attacks and projectiles, but it breaks after taking a certain amount of damage. 

U – Noumenon Blast (~)

– Even if the charging is interrupted, Lolita can still stun enemies according to the charging duration. If Lolita is interrupted by a CC skill while channeling her Ultimate, she will immediately cast it. Damage and stun duration are based on the channeling time when she’s interrupted.

Slow effects: 70% >> 50%

Damage: 720-1280 + 200% Total Physical Attack >> 500-900 +100% Total Physical Attack.

Cool down: 48s-38s >> 55s-45s.

 

Hero: Mathilda for build
Mathilda (↑)

S1 – Ancestral Guidance (↑)

Damage: 350-625 + 100% Magic Power >> 275-500 + 80% Magic Power.

Following damage Decays: 20% >> 40%.

– Damage at three wisps is the same as before, the more wisp’s he has the higher the damage boost. Slightly increased the wisp’s duration. ​

S2 – Soul Bloom (↑)​

– Increase the available time of dash for allies

– ​Cool down: 15-12s >> 12-11s

U – Circling Eagle (↑)​

New effect: Mathilda can now select an area to rush to, knocking enemies airborne in her path.

New Effect: Transfer Soul Mark to the first target knock by the second-stage dash

– Reduce the flying speed while increasing the ultimate max flying duration.

Improve the Ultimate’s flying path: Mathilda no longer flies toward the target. If she starts too close to the target, she will fly away from the target first.

– Slightly reduced the Ultimate’s range. 

 

Hero: Floryn for build
Floryn (~)

Passive – Dew (↑)​

– Dew’s Lantern no longer needs to be upgraded, it provides the upgraded effects directly to all her skills.

Removed the Movement Speed boost when Floryn heals the teammate who equip Flower of Hope. 

– Base shield: 200 >> 150

[Dew’s Lantern] (~)

– New effect: Dew’s Lantern’s attributes scale with hero level.

– Initial Attributes: 2% Cooldown Reduction, 5% Movement Speed >> 4% Movement Speed.

– Max level attributes: 55 Magic Power >> 50 Magic Power.

[Flower of Hope] (~)

– Sharing the equipment at the fountain >> Floryn must remain out of combat for 5s to share the equipment. 

Remove effect: 10% Hybrid Lifesteal.

New effect: Every once in a while, a skill or Basic Attack deals extra Magic Damage.

​S1 – Sow (↓)​

– The skill is now cast in the upgraded range from the beginning of the match. 

HP Regen: 175-250 + 65% Magic Power + 5% Target’s lost HP >> ​175-225 + 90% Magic Power.

Magic Power Bonus to Damage: 180% >> 100%

Cooldown: 8-6.5s >> 9-7.5s

S2 – Sprout (↑)​

– The skill is now cast in the upgraded range from the beginning of the match. 

Stun duration: 1s >> 0.7s

U – Bloom (~)​

– Gain healing or shield reduction immunity effects from the beginning of the match.

HP Regen: 400-650 + 70% Magic Power >> 250-450 + 100% Magic Power

– Removed the Ultimate damage

Cooldown: 60s at all levels >> 70s at all levels.

Hero: Rafaela for build
Rafaela (↑)

S2 – Holy Healing (↑)

New effect: Clear slow effects and becomes immune to slow effects for 1.5s.

Speed boost: 50% >> 30%, gain 1% extra Movement Speed for every 20 Magic Power.

HP Regen for nearby teammates: 100-150 + 25% Magic Power >> 100-125 + 35% Magic Power.

HP Regen for the teammate with the lowest HP: 150-300 + 25% Magic Power >> 150-250 + 45% Magic Power. 

U – Holy Baptism  (↑)

– Increased the indicator width and shortened the time between each cast.

Stun duration: 1.5s >> 1.2s

1st Stage HP Regen: 250-400 + 70% Magic Power >> 250-325 + 110% Magic Power.

– After linking with a teammate, gain extra Attack >> extra Hybrid Defense

Enhanced S1 – Moonlight Immersion (~)​

02. BATTLEFIELD ADJUSTMENTS

[EXP Adjustments]

1. Slightly reduced the EXP required from Lv.3 – Lv.4, while increasing the EXP needed from Lv.4 – Lv.6. The overall EXP required from Lv.3 – Lv.6 remains unchanged.

2. Increased the EXP from buff Creeps by 1-2%.
